This is a short easy trail through the woods to a beautiful beach that can be explored if the tide is out. To the right you will see the remains of a huge old chimney that was once part of the grindstone quarry. Due to tidal erosion, the chimney now stands on its own flowerpot rock. 

Parking is located on the side of road at the trail head. Please be mindful the trail veers behind a private residence.

Note: There is a path that leads up to the top where the chimney stands, but it is a steep climb and extreme caution must be used.
